I don't want to change everything now, but in my opinion 'I want to go to sleep' is 'Jeg vil sovne' or 'Jeg vil falle i søvn'. The sentence 'Jeg vil sove' is 'I want to sleep' in English.

I'm not sure, but it seems that some translations mean "I want to sleep", not "I want to go to sleep"...
