Paldies.

That`s it you are getting taste of your own medicine :D

What you just said:
I know, that Latvian and Lithuanian of languages looks as if, if they are very alike, is too languages that are held ``very alike``?

Now do you want to find something out or just to try to speak Latvian?

I want to know what mistakes I made and if you can correct them. Also I do want to find out if Lithuanian and Latvian are considered generally that they are very similar.

Alright I'll do that. First the Latvian, then the English:

I know that both the Latvian and Lithuanian language looks like they are very similar but are they generally considered to be similar?

Are Latvian and Lithuanian conducerea to be "similar" languages?

Please do not write in English in this thread and also if I have any mistakes in my Latvian, please correct my mistakes. Thanks.

Can you correct my mistakes. Another question is. What's the percentage of Russian speakers in Latvia? I'd love to visit the place someday.

You should have used ir before second ļoti too. The percentage is huge, since it was taught to everyone in Soviet times and Russian minority is about 30% of inhabitants (plus other slavic minorities talk in Russian too so you get like 40% native speakers), however it can be problem with younger Latvians, but with them you can use English

Macrons above long vowels are not optional!

Here's an article from 2005 claiming that 94% of Latvians can communicate in Russian.

"Paldies" gan nebūs viens to tiem vārdiem.
