Unlike Spanish the double dative alla persona + le is technically considered wrong because it's a pleonasm and you can only find it in colloquial registers.

With countries you have to use in unless the country in question is a small island, in this case you have to use a(d). It's quite a weird rule that was borrowed from Latin. And I know that the concept of "small" is quite subjective, to give you an idea, we say a Cipro and a Cuba but it's in Irlanda, in Islanda and in Sri Lanka.

(The same rule also applies to those islands that are not countries)

Inoltre Saim, per quanto riguarda mi ricorda delle lingue slave, hai scritto delle lingue slave perché pensavi che fosse come l'inglese it reminds me of? O l'hai usato come partitivo che si riferisce a "lingue slave"?

Sappi che nel primo caso hai sbagliato perché ricordare è transitivo, invece se intendevi usarlo come nel scondo caso, allora è corretto.

No, it's not a problem of word order.

La persona sotto di me ci spiegherà come si è sentita si sentiva quando si è accorta prima per la prima volta quanto lontano che è fosse "andata" (I prefer arrivata) in una lingua che stava imparando.

Per quel che mi riguarda, ho questo sentimento generale: Quanto più faccio progressi tanto più mi sento motivato per ampliare le mie conoscenze.

Chi viene dopo di me pensa che i modi di esprimersi non devano sempre essere politicamente corretti.

Non sempre. Più spesso che no, essere politicamente corretto è moltissimo strano agli orecchi.

La persona sotto di me non ha una vita, quindi passa ogni giorno studiando le lingue.
(al punto che non è normale perché è quasi la sola cosa che fai)
