I would never say that "sukinsynu!" is an euphemism. It's strongly insulting like "skurwysynu!".

Frankly, it's difficult to translate what he's saying because I'm not knowledgeable about the construction and functioning of a piano... Something like:

"Although the surface of the keys is rough, imitating ivory, otherwise it's a normal construction of a Yamaha keyboard i.e. there's no double repetition mechanism, the attack of the keys is very linear: there's no turning [or overcoming?] point of a key, turning point of a hammer"
