คนถัดไปพูดภาษาจีนเป็น
I'm most fluent in English (native-ish?) and I'm also fluent in Thai (native, although not as good as my English). Reasonable level of fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish and an aspiring learner of Swedish.

Not wrong, but I noticed that you're a guy, so I just wanted to tell you that normally, males use "ผม" or "เรา" (in speech with friends) as pronouns.

To expand a bit on what I've said above, you'll also have noticed that I referred to myself as "พี่" and you as "น้อง". It's common in everyday informal Thai to use such honorifics (" คุณยาย", "ลุง", etc) to refer to people you don't really know, depending on their age in relation to yours (I'm 17, hence "พี่"). It doesn't really work in online settings here of course, since you don't actually know a person's age, hence the tendency to use more general pronouns.

"ต้องการ" seems strangely formal.

I think he probably meant "will have to" instead of "wants to". In that case, would คนถัดไปจะต้องเรียนภาษาตุรกี be correct?

I've corrected the sentence. Nonetheless, it seems you didn't understand my statement correctly. I wrote: "the person under me is left handed, but was taught to use the right hand" (I assume you already know via our PMs, but I'm telling you again for the sake of others).

Yes, it's correct, but the way he phrased it was also correct; simply a bit formal, like I said.

Abbas Cucaniensis wrote:

แค่ is not actually necessary, but I think it sounds more natural this way.
ๆ is a punctuation mark that repeats the preceding word.

Hmm, that's precisely what I understood, but I wonder what makes you think I didn't, if my reply was (or tried to be) "I'm right-handed, but when I write on a chalkboard I can write left-handed, too", implying something like "I'm not left-handed (and hence I was never taught to necessarily write right-handed), but I can actually write left-handed too, although only on a chalkboard".

As for the correction, I assume the position of ก็ is stricter than I thought! Somehow, it did sound more natural before ใช้, but then I considered it made more sense if it preceded (and modified) เป็น. Just to be 100% clear, would ก็ผมสบายดี be grammatically correct? Not that I've ever heard it, but I would like to be sure on how precise and flexible could ก็ be, in case the standard ผมก็สบายดี could mean "I am (besides other things) fine too", and the former, "(you are fine and) I too am fine". And taking it one step further, would ผมสบายดีก็ make any sense at all?

Thank you! What would เรียนเล่น instead of เรียนเล่นๆ mean then? I thought one เล่น was enough (such as in พูด > พดเล่น, to joke; or อ่าน > อ่านเล่น, to read for pleasure), and considered เล่นๆ as a notion of frivolity.

Also, could you please write a literal translation of ไม่ได้จำเป็น(ที่จะต้องเรียน)หรอก?

I'm far from being an expert, but I'd say it's very well constructed (maybe the ผม and especially ทราบ instead of รู้ make it sound a bit too formal, though, but that's just a personal choice).
